Her philosophy rests in deep knowing that unlocking innate leadership qualities through self-awareness and authenticity is the key to creating a life aligned with purpose. This credence is made manifest through her online learning community, Growth Focus® Academy where she imparts a framework that empowers women to stand in their authentic leadership and create genuine life fulfillment.

Cassandra is also the producer and host of The San Scripts® Podcast where she shares invaluable 'life scripts,' offering insights on pragmatic expansion and cultivating the TRUE self. PROJECTS & ACHIEVEMENTS

• {2002} - Graduated High School in Marietta, Georgia and began undergraduate studies at Columbus State University.
• {2006} - Started an interim career in tech-device sales for B2B and B2C, T-Mobile.
• {2007} - Graduated College - Columbus State University, BBA Computer Information Systems
• {2008-Present} - Began extended career in database and software engineering, covering various industries such as telecommunications, e-commerce development, consumer experience marketing for corporations like Verizon Wireless, AMC Theaters, Georgia Natural Gas, and United Health Group to name a few.
• {2009-2010} - Speaker + panelist at universities including Kennesaw State University, and Armstrong Atlantic University on topics such as career development in the data & information technology sector, goal setting, personal accountability, and self-discipline.
• {2010-2012} - Served as a community outreach leader for Atlanta-based mega church, teaching biblical and spiritual principles to crowds of 50-100 at homeless facilities and local city park events; sharing practical life tools to men, women, and children from various backgrounds.
• {2017-Present}
  • Marketing consulting for 'Fortune 5' healthcare company, enabling digital lead acquisition and consumer marketing capabilities for public corporations, community & state, and federally governed programs + serving as a corporate leadership coach to existing and emerging leaders.
  • Started 3 profitable businesses, i.e. commercial cleaning service with staff members, B2B product distribution of high-end beauty products for women of color, and a lead generation and marketing agency for small businesses and solopreneurs.
• {2022-Present}
  • Orchestrated, hosted, and participated as a key speaker for her own and others' online training summits, educating and supporting high-performing women in igniting meaningful vision and leveling up their execution.
  • Created the online community Growth Focus® Nation, a powerful life and business education and networking hub with nearly 40 high-achieving women, dedicated to learning and expanding with other like-minded women from diverse backgrounds.

While Cassandra calls Georgia home where she's fulfilled in her roles as devoted wife and mother to two wonderful children, when she is not coaching corporate professionals, leading her online academy, or providing servant leadership to her digital solutions company, she enjoys reading, writing, running marathons, both official and those of her own making, attending her daughters' sporting events, and partaking in globe-trotting adventures with her family.
